Do I Need Prior Industry or Medical Experience?

No. Beauty Refined is designed for owner-operators and investor-owners alike. We provide training, systems, and ongoing support to ensure operational success while maintaining clinical standards through proper staffing and protocols. However, some states have Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws that limit how medical services can be owned and operated*. We are here to support each franchisee in that process. *The Franchisee is fully responsible for checking local laws to make sure they are allowed to own and run a medical spa in the area where their Beauty Refined location will operate.

What Kind of Ongoing Franchise Support Can I Expect?

Franchisees receive comprehensive, ongoing support across operations, marketing, and clinical training—backed by more than 30 years of experience operating a successful franchise system and 15+ years of medical expertise from our founder. How Long Does It Take to Open a Beauty Refined Franchise?

From signing to opening, the timeline typically ranges 9 months – 18 months depending on site selection, permitting, and build-out.

What Training Do You Provide Franchise Owners?

Franchise owners receive comprehensive initial and ongoing training designed to set them up for long-term success. This includes an onsite training in Parker, CO that is focused on operations, systems, brand standards, and the Beauty Refined client experience, along with live virtual trainings and hands-on education with key vendors and partners. Training doesn’t stop after opening. Franchisees benefit from continued education, refreshers, and updates as the brand evolves—ensuring teams stay clinically confident, operationally aligned, and equipped to deliver a consistent, premium experience across every location.
