What Does It Take to Qualify as a Beauty Refined Franchisee?

We seek mission-aligned owners with strong leadership skills, financial capability, and a commitment to delivering premium, client-first care. Prior med spa experience is not required, but a passion for quality, compliance, and community impact is key.

How Much Money Can I Make?

Revenue and profitability vary by location, market, and operator involvement. Beauty Refined locations are designed with scalable services and strong client retention. Please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for detailed financial performance representations, including $1M AUVs for Premium Locations, where applicable. Studio location AUVs are not yet available. Refer to Item 19 of the FDD.

Do I Need Prior Industry or Medical Experience?

No. Beauty Refined is designed for owner-operators and investor-owners alike. We provide training, systems, and ongoing support to ensure operational success while maintaining clinical standards through proper staffing and protocols. However, some states have Corporate Practice of Medicine (CPOM) laws that limit how medical services can be owned and operated*. We are here to support each franchisee in that process. *The Franchisee is fully responsible for checking local laws to make sure they are allowed to own and run a medical spa in the area where their Beauty Refined location will operate.

What Kind of Ongoing Franchise Support Can I Expect?

Franchisees receive comprehensive, ongoing support across operations, marketing, and clinical training—backed by more than 30 years of experience operating a successful franchise system and 15+ years of medical expertise from our founder. This depth of experience shapes every aspect of the Beauty Refined support model. Support includes structured operational guidance, ongoing education, marketing strategy and execution support, and regular brand and system updates. How Long Does It Take to Open a Beauty Refined Franchise?

For Premium Locations, the timeline typically ranges 9–18 months depending on site selection, permitting, and build-out. Studio Locations can typically be operational within approximately 2 months.

By offering a broad range of treatments, we can meet clients at every stage of their aesthetic and wellness journey—keeping care consistent, personalized, and within one trusted brand. Our service mix includes neurotoxins, dermal fillers, advanced laser treatments, microneedling, facials, chemical peels, IV injections, medical weight loss, and peptide therapies. This diversified approach allows franchisees to build deeper client relationships, increase visit frequency, and create customized treatment plans that evolve with the client over time—resulting in stronger loyalty, improved outcomes, and sustainable business growth.
